Multimatics was the first company in South Africa to introduce a Bureau Telephone Management System which
allowed large organisations to track their telephone spend across multiple branches and departments, from a single
location. We are also currently the only company in South Africa with the ability to automatically predict whether calls
dialled are private or business numbers. A patent for this ground-breaking innovation is pending.
We work closely with clients to further enhance our systems to their requirements and have helped some of South Africa's
major banks identify and catch fraudulent activity.
Our most recent development has been the graphical representation of our reports and the ability to analyse and query data
from one interactive screen, without having to draw multiple reports. This dynamic form of reporting is another first in South
Africa and has greatly enhanced the effectiveness and efficiency of telephone management for our clients.
